Transitioning to Fall Fashion
I don’t know what your weather is like in the fall, but where I live we have a huge temperature range. We can start the morning below freezing and be in the 70’s in the afternoon. This makes dressing a real challenge. In today’s blog I am sharing some of my favorite ways to dress for fall.
One of my favorite fall pieces is a blazer. I love that I can dress them up or keep them casual. To me they are the perfect fall layering pieces. I feel like a blazer is a great investment piece and so it is a place I will splurge, but there are also some really affordable options as well. Here are some I have in my wardrobe.
Another favorite in my fall wardrobe is cashmere. I love that it is thin and seems to always keep me the right temperature. I have a mix of short sleeve and long sleeve sweaters that I can use as layering pieces. Cashmere is also available in so many price points. I have found some amazing pieces this fall at Nordstrom, J. crew, and H & M.

Fall is also when I put away my Sandler’s and pull out my miles and loafers. I feel like there have been so many cute ones on amazing sales this year! My shoe collection really hits a wide variety of price points. I love a Gucci loafer and a Nicholas Kirkwood mule. There isn’t a shoe more comfortable than a driving loafer from Tod’s. I also find great buys that I love from Steve Madden and Coach. Here are some of my favorites for this fall.
I am excited to wear my new purchases as the weather begins to change. What are your favorite finds for fall?
Cheers!
