I started my year off creating a vision board. It was such a fun experience at Crooked Willow Farm with a lovely group of women. We together and created our visions for the year while sipping wine, laughing and sharing our stories. For my vision board, I found this beautiful framed cork board on Amazon as well as rose gold push pins so I can continue grow my vision throughout the year!

The process that Ryan, owner of Crooked Willow, led us through was perfect. We started off just finding images that spoke to us, don’t overthink it! Then we grouped them to see what patterns of ideas came up. I found that I had a lot around my health. Yoga, meditation, stand up paddle boarding, and just the outdoors. This became one section, even though it is still related to health. I made a whole separate section around clean eating. I loved the images of real foods! I’m trying to eat less and less processed foods and to eat clean. I had another section around my business. As a business owner I am always thinking of how I can grow and evolve and this section represented that area of my life. The next section became travel. As our children are now grown, we are traveling more and more. There is so much we want to see and do. The trips we have planned for 2020 so far are Vegas, Cabo San Lucas, New Orleans, and Nashville. The real trip I am dreaming about and planning is our trip in May of 2021. We are finally going to France. The last section of my vision board is just a reminder to celebrate. I believe in celebrating life. The big things and the small thing.
