My Office Bathroom Remodel

I am so excited to finally have my bathroom remodel complete! This project has needed to be done for so long, but never seemed to make it to the top of the list. We decided to use our extra time at home to complete this project.

My new vanity.

This isn’t a very large bathroom, but I still wanted it to feel classic and elegant. I love the light I found at Pottery Barn. It added so much elegance and makes me smile every time I turn it on. The mirror is also from Pottery Barn. The first one arrived broken, but their customer service is so good that I had a new one quickly!

My beautiful lights.

I added some Jo Malone accessories to a silver tray and love the result. The artwork is a collection of photos from Georgianna Lane. I love all of her work and have it throughout my house!

My beautiful faucet.

The piece that I love the most is my faucet. I saw one similar to this in a photo of Megan Hess’ bathroom. The search was on and I was thrilled when I found mine!

My shower.

I also knew that I wanted a marble mosaic in the shower as a a focal point for the whole bathroom. I’m thrilled with how it turned out. My contractor captured my vision perfectly.

The shower shelf.

Since I wanted the mosaic to be the focal point, I kept the shelf very simple. I also found very simple bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so nothing would stand out that wasn’t supposed to.

I love molding and the architectural detail it can add to a rather simple room. We added a thick crown molding around the room as well as some molding to the walls to make the room a little more interesting. The paint is actually much more gray in real life, and I love how it looks with the marble.

The beautiful photography of Georgianna Lane.

A few more photos completed the room.

What projects have you finished off of your to-do list during COVID? I would love to see them as well as comments on my remodel.

Cheers!
